Many small business owners have a personal Facebook account and have created a Facebook Page for their small business as part (or the entirety) of their social media strategy. A Facebook Page allows you to maintain a lightweight profile for your business while keeping personal activities (family, friends, photos, etc.) separate from that of the business.
This primer will explain the steps required to:
Create a Facebook Fan Page for your small business
Log in to your personal Facebook account as normal. To create the new page for your business, process to the Facebook Pages page and click the “+ Create Page” button on the top right corner of the page. Now select the type of page you want to create, enter the required information, and click “Get Started”.
Upload your company logo and brand the fan page
Similar to your personal account, your company’s page has its own profile pictures. You can upload your logo as the page’s profile picture.
Create a Twitter account for your small business
Proceed to the Twitter home page and create an account there.
Post relevant content on your Twitter account and apply the correct
